You need to drink at least 12 glasses of this a day to get enough calories and you should not be working out while you are on lemon master cleanse.You can drink as many as you want but you need to drink at least 12. Along with a un-iodized salt water flush once a day and a Smooth Move tea at night.

If you do not drink enough or try to work out too much you WILL do damage to your system due to the fact that your body will start to attack it’s fat stores which is not the goal. Drinking the minimum you will get just over 1000 calories, it is more than enough to survive but not push yourself to excess.
