Tips to blocking the psychic vampires from draining you.

Have you ever noticed how some people wear you out or how tired you feel in the presence of someone’s company? ‘Psychic vampires’, as they are known, and other people or entities may drain energy from an unshielded individual. And while it is usually a very rare occurrence, it isn’t often cost effective in terms of time spent to project full-scale protective shields for a very rare occurrence, small protective measures are often very effective in hindering such infringements. If you were to do this technique after meeting all the psychic vampires out there then you would end up with obsessive-compulsive disorder. With banishing rituals, the key is to find one that is relatively simple and to practice it regularly, although learning some more advanced rituals for more selective use is always practical. Most banishing rituals boost natural psychic shielding. Magical shields can be learned to the point where they can be erected easily[spin], usually through visualization, or|or[spin] can be established more permanently.

Protective amulets can give powerful protections and wards can be placed around homes or into charms and recharged on a regular basis, if that suits the practitioner’s needs better. Any of these techniques, if regularly employed, can greatly increase both the magical efficacy and clarity of mind. The boundaries established by banishing and protective ‘magic’ can be of great help by providing clarity and focus, and keeping unwanted influences away.

Get rid of bad vibes quickly.

Visualise your crown chakra emitting a powerful light of white energy. Imagine this white light flowing from your crown chakra all around you and right down to your feet. Visualise the white light cleansing you of these bad vibes. Use this method before going in for a job interview or before using cosmic ordering, it really does work.

USING CREATIVE VISUALISATION.

Creative visualisationis the ability to use the imagination, see images in our minds and make them come true. If we add concentration and feelings, it becomes a great creative power that makes things happen. Used in the right way, visualisation can bring changes into our lives. The thought is the matrix or blueprint; the feelings provide the energy, the ‘electricity’. This is the nearest thing to Cosmic Ordering that can alter our environment and circumstances, cause events to happen, attract money, possessions, work and love, change habits and improve the health.

By visualising an event, a situation, or an object, such as a car, a house, furniture etc, we attract it to us. We see in our imagination what we want and it happens. It is like daydreaming. It resembles magic, though actually there is no magic here. It is the natural process of the power of the thoughts.

Some people use this power in an unconscious manner in their everyday affairs. They are not aware that they are using some sort of power. They visualise their goals in a positive way and attain success. All successful people in all fields use it consciously or unconsciously.

How does it work and why? Thought is a power and has its effect on the material world. Thoughts, if powerful enough, travel from one mind to another. If we keep thinking the same thought, people in our environment perceive it and act on it, furthering, usually in an unconscious manner, the materialization of our desires.

By changing our thoughts and mental pictures, we change our ‘reality’; we change the ‘illusory’ world we believe we live in. We are not employing magic or supernatural powers when creating and changing our life and circumstances. It is not something ‘material’ that we change; we only change our thoughts, which are the world. It is like dreaming a very realistic dream and then switching to a different dream. We are not awakening, just changing the dream. This explanation has to be read and reread and pondered [spin]upon in order to understand its full meaning|upon[spin].

Rest assured that you can employ the power of visualisation, even if you do not accept what you have just read or it seems too complicated or far-fetched. Yet, understanding and accepting the above, at least in theory, will help you achieve results faster.

Creative visualization can do great things, but for every person there are some areas, which he/she may find hard to change, at least in the immediate future. This is a great power, but there are some limits to using it. These limits are within us, not in the power. You just need to do your own spiritual growth workshop.

THINK OF GOOD THINGS AND THEY WILL HAPPEN

By thinking of the good things you want to happen as part of a regular routine, you’re creating a positive energy. This positive energy then takes on form as the actual reality you desired.

Here are some examples of creative [spin]visualisation that might have happened to you through your subconscious|visualisation[spin].

1. Your phone rings, and when you pick it up, it was a person you’d just been thinking of talking to.

2. You think to yourself, “I’m going to read a book,” and then you do.

3. You believe you attract the ‘wrong’ kind of man/woman, so that’s the kind that come into your life.

Using creative visualisation is not simply positive thinking. It is a learning process. We learn who we really are, deep inside. What our basic feelings are towards ourselves, and how we might have been holding ourselves back. Once we realise these views, we can then change them to work towards a more harmonious life!

HOW DO YOU DO IT?

The first step is to relax. Sit or lie in a comfortable position, and make a conscious effort to feel each part of your body relaxing. Start at your toes, and work your way up to your head. As you do this, take slow, deep breaths. This should take a few minutes. Another term for this is meditation. If you would like to learn more about it, you can find many self-help books and tapes which teach you how to do it!

The second step is to visualise. Many people can’t ‘see’ a mental picture at first, so if this happens don’t let it worry you. After you’ve relaxed, you can ‘practice’ visualising by picturing things you see and do in everyday life.

Try to imagine enjoyable things. You might picture your favourite room or eating your favourite meal. Doing these practice runs will help you ‘see’ when it comes time to try the real thing!

You may want to work on these for a while before trying your first real visualisation. When you are ready to give it a try, you will need to do these very important things. Decide what it is that you want. Is there something you want to change about yourself? Do you want a better job? You pick your goal. You will probably want to start with ‘easier’ goals. Ones that you believe can happen in a timely manner. You can then work up to ‘harder’ ones.

Next, picture the idea or object exactly as you want it to be. Picture yourself in the situation or using the object as if you already possessed it. See this very clearly. You might also draw the scene to reinforce the idea, although, this step is not necessary.

Once you’ve got the picture in your head, think of it often. Not only when you are relaxing or meditating, but throughout the day as well. This is the process of sending that positive energy out into the universe. Remember the old saying ‘You reap what you sow’? Well, you’re ‘sowing’ when you think of what you want. The more positive energy you send out, the more you will get back.

Lastly, BELIEVE that the object is yours or will be yours. Any disbelief is negative energy and will counteract what you’re trying to achieve. And once you see it come true, acknowledge that you made it happen! Give yourself a pat on the back! Of course, you always have Cosmic Ordering to fall back on for the larger Orders … go for it.

How the Informaion About Subconscious Mind and Brain Power Can Help You

Have you ever decided something in your life was going to be a certain way and it seemed to become so? You felt as if you actually had control over that something. Mind and body therapies are in constant conflict with conventional medicine; however new age is really in a new age these days.

Could mind and body have a relevant enough connection when it comes to controlling our health? There is strong evidence that this could be the case. Mind and body therapies can play a supportive role in treating various common medical afflictions. That is why your brain power is an asset that you cannot forget about. Your subconscious mind is a big power.

These mind and body therapies are being used outside of the typical mental health arena. Studies are showing evidence that mind and body therapy can provide serious help in the treatment of such clinical conditions as coronary artery disease, side effects from the treatment of cancer and post surgical rehabilitation. Some methods used in mind and body therapies include hypnotherapy, autogenic training, and relaxation therapy to name just a few.

Hypnotherapy in most cases is used to modify behavior related to bad habits; most notably smoking and eating. However as a mind and body therapy it is most effective in treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) when other treatments are ineffective. Recent studies in this area have researchers concluding that the use of hypnosis as a mind and body therapy in the clinical medicine area should be expanded. Hypnotherapy is also potentially effective in managing labor pain, reducing the need to use pain medication.

Autogenic training uses the persuasive power of your own voice. You give your body a verbal command to relax and control your breathing. Typically this mind and body technique is used to relieve stress and anxiety and in some cases to treat the effects of fatigue or reduce insomnia. Clinically it is used to help treat gastritis, constipation, diarrhea, ulcers, high blood pressure and thyroid problems. Autogenic training is used under a doctor’s care and/or sometimes with the help of an instructor. Autogenic training as mind and body therapy is not and should not be used to replace conventional medical care.

Relaxation therapy is just one of the mind and body treatments used as complementary therapy for treating the side effects of cancer treatments. Relaxation therapy; or meditation; is particularly useful for reducing stress and nausea. Other complementary therapies include massage, music, art, acupuncture, reflexology, and fitness therapy.

These are just a few of the mind and body therapies making their way to the forefront of medical science. Mind and body therapy is not just a mental health treatment any longer. Mind and body therapy is becoming accepted and respected in the clinical medicine scientific community. It might be something you discuss with your doctor in the future in consideration for treatment of one kind or another. More than likely, mind and body therapy may be one of your treatments that help to bring about a positive outcome. It is really challenging and exciting to invest time and efforts into increasing brain power and the benefits that it can have.

Helpful Mind Tools to Opening Your Brain Power

Category : Yoga

I had my first opportunity to learn meditation as a college freshman when I needed a “filler course” that would not conflict with my Chemistry class I was taking over the summer. My Chemistry professor also taught a Yoga class, and since he was a great guy, very purely spiritual, I also signed up for his Yoga class. Did it help to open the power of mind? Let’s find out.

I expected a course in Hatha Yoga exercises.

We were practicing Asanas (Yoga postures) during the first hour of each class, but after we were sufficiently relaxed in body by the exercises, it was time to concentrate on relaxing and focusing the mind through learning meditation. It is vitally important to learn meditation from someone who is trustworthy, without an agenda or ulterior motive.

Learning how to meditate looks, at first glance, to be simple and easy. But, quieting, relaxing, and focusing the mind to prepare for meditation is not an easy task indeed. The simplest technique that we learned was to sit or lie quietly with eyes closed and “watch” your breath, visualizing it entering and leaving the body through the Third Eye chakra, an energy point that is located on your forehead.

Just sitting quietly in lotus position or lying on a mat and trying to focus on your breathing is an exercise in mental discipline, because you will find that unexpected thoughts will constantly try to intrude into your consciousness and disrupt your concentration and focus. If you are in a class with others, you will have the added potential for distraction created by hearing someone sneeze, giggle, snore, etc. Try to pick a place that is free from noise and external distractions to practice your meditation, especially when you are just learning to meditate. Later on, you will use sounds such as mantras and chants as focal points in your meditation.

The exercise of meditating on the seven chakras in the body is a good practice for beginners. You will learn to see the distinctive colors of each of the seven energy centers with your mind’s eye. Also, when you become adept at chakra meditation, you will have gained an important tool to help you raise your consciousness from an animal gut survival level or a primarily sexual level to levels which encompass the higher chakras of the heart, mind, and soul. And this is your one of your mind tools as well.

Many people use a holy picture of some type as a focal point, or point upon which to focus all of their attention. The traditional Hindu tool is a Mandala, which is a picture made of geometric shapes, and is usually brightly colored. However, a picture of a Christian Saint, or Pagan God or Goddess could also be used. If you are visually challenged, as I am, you can use sounds as a focal point. During natural childbirth, the meditation techniques that I learned were invaluable, and my focal point was simply the sound of me tapping on the bed.

This is a short intro into the real experience, but even it shows that it is definitely worth trying to start increasing brain power. Not for the sake of becoming smarter (which is great), but for the sake of becoming wiser.

Things that are a Must to Know About Yoga Instructor

Category : Yoga

It’s not always easy finding a yoga class that’s going to suit you. Most people will try more than one form of yoga before they finally hit on the one that’s right for them and their particular reason for wanting to practice it. Some of the styles you may try out are Bikram, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Iyengar – and that’s just a few of the forms of yoga that are currently being taught around the country!

Of course it isn’t all down to the types of yoga on offer as to whether you manage to find something that’s right for you. If you don’t find a teacher that you can work with then you aren’t really going to be able to get into the true spirit of the teaching to start with. Teachers will take different approaches to their philosophy on yoga in general, and that feeds through to the way they teach it to you, and if you don’t subscribe to that particular philosophy then you aren’t going to get the most out of your sessions.

Yoga classes can be deeply personal things, so you need to be happy with your surroundings and the teaching methods of the yoga teacher. No matter what type of yoga you plan to do, take yoga instructor seriously.

However, not everyone struggles to find a yoga center that’s right for them. Some people attend yoga classes for the physical aspects of it, a place where they can go to exercise and not worry so much about what type of spiritual fulfillment they can get from the experience. In their case the classes may be easier to find because the personal beliefs of the teacher play a much smaller part in the sessions, so they just need to be comfortable with the actual exercises.

On the other hand very often people who start from the physical form of the yoga then incline to its spiritual side, because this is a very deep issue that has centuries of experience behind. These are the people who will have the hardest time finding a teacher, and yoga method, that will give them what they’re looking for. Teachers, and their teaching styles, vary in each yoga discipline, so what might be the right approach for one student, may be totally wrong for another. Some people like yoga teachers to be more involved in the sessions, whereas others will like a small amount of guidance and then to be left to find the way themselves. Some like a very active session and others like their yoga sessions to be far slower and more relaxed. It’s really a case of finding out what you want from your session.

You may even discover that doing a yoga class isn’t really right for you after all. Some people start out with a fixed idea of what yoga’s all about, only to realize that it isn’t what they expected at all. This may be down to the type of yoga they’ve chosen, or the teacher teaching the class, but either way a lot of people find it isn’t what they were looking for in the first place.

There is one more thing you should understand. This is about what type of yoga is better for you. That is why it will be smart to have some knowledge in any sphere of yoga schools. For example, you can start with short previews about kundalini yoga exercises.

If you don’t really have much in the way of time or patience you may find yoga won’t be your thing; however that’s no reason not to try it in the first place. Find a class that you think will be right for you and give it a try – it may turn out that you’ve got the right yoga class first time of asking.

Looking for an alternative to yoga? How about trying aerobics? It’s never bad to try more if it fits you.
