Howard Hughes was one of the richest men in the world but he died with fear. He had enough money to do whatever he wanted but he spent the last years of his life locked up in hotel rooms. He was afraid of germs, afraid to contact people, FEAR totally controlled his life.

Fear Can Be Beaten

  1. Choose freedom and believe that freedom from fear is possible. It’s OUR life and OUR choice!
  2. Don’t allow the fear to control and steer your thoughts, if you do the general pattern of your thinking will be fearful. So renew your mind with positive thoughts and watch your life change for the better.
  3. Don’t quit and you will WIN!
  4. Choose Power. Many people are fearful only because they allow their ruts of fear to continue to control their thinking. A rut doesn’t stay the same. The more you use it, the bigger it gets. Face up to your responsibilities and learn to DO IT afraid.
  5. Watch your words. Speak good words and become a good person.

Negative things will always happen, circumstances happen, but start having hope for tomorrow, get a vision and don’t let go that is the most important, the vision inside of you inspite of your circumstances. You are in control.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and How it Relates to Anxiety – Learn How Panic Away Can Help

Category : Uncategorized

OCD affects 2 million American adults and can lead to anxiety or depression. OCD seems to affect just as many men as women with 1/3 of all adults developing symptoms as a child. Signs of OCD can start in the childhood years, adolescence or in early adulthood and statistics prove that it can also be genetic. Learn How Panic Away can CURE your anxiety attacks.

OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a type of anxiety where a person experiences unwanted thoughts or fears that lead them to obsess and do repititive ritualistic behaviours such as checking to make sure the door is locked several times, or driving by a certain spot several times to make sure no one is ran over.

A girlfriend of mine was over a few nights ago and she was telling me how she suffers from OCD since the eighth grade. Her behaviour consists of always having things perfectly neat and lined up, when her friends come over and move anything in her room out of her symmetrical alignment it triggers her anxiety and she immediately feels stricken with panic, this had led her to finally talk to each of her friends individually expressing how she feels and her OCD. Now all of her friends are doing their best to understand her situation and her panic attacks. At first she felt embarrassed but after bringing it out in the open she appreciates their care and concern and she can relax a lot more. But she wants to learn how to get OVER it!

Symptoms of OCD:

  1. Fear of appliances left on or door not being locked so you check over and over and over
  2. Needing things to be orderly and symmetrical, aligning them in a certain way that feels “perfect“.
  3. Driving around the block several times to make sure no one has been run over
  4. Counting, ritualistic behaviours or patterns that you feel compelled to do and can`t seem to stop doing.
  5. Obsessive about weight, constantly weighing yourself several times a day
  6. Constantly cleaning your house even when it`s not dirty
  7. Frequent hand washing, fear of being contaminated
  8. Repeating certain phrases
  9. Fear of dirt or germs
  10. Picking at your skin

Anxiety and OCD are definitely related. If OCD is left untreated it can really take over your life, leaving you like it’s impossible to stop obsessing over the behaviour.

Even though the person can possibly recognize that the behaviour or obsessive thoughts don’t make any logical sense they still perform their rules or rituals, some take up to hours a day and can considerably interfere with a person’s life.

Get control of your anxiety and STOP if for good, take control of your life again and don’t let the obsessive thoughts harass you anymore. The Panic Away program will help you to recover from anxiety attacks and the results will last a LIFETIME!

Cure Blushing Caused By Social Anxiety and Learn How Panic Away Can Eliminate Your Anxiety Attacks

Category : Uncategorized

Does your face turn red when you get uncomfortable?

Blushing is a symptom of social anxiety. Excessive blushing is a reaction to a strong emotion caused by a situation where you feel anxious, uncomfortable or embarrassing like a presentation in front of people perhaps, meeting your date for the first time, a job interview, or having to meet lots of people at a big party. Increasing the activity of the sympathetic nervous system the fight or flight response stimulates the release of adrenaline into the bloodstream. This widens blood vessels, altering and relaxing the blood vessels underneath the skin which increases the volume of blood going to the skin. It is here we experience facial redness or blushing. Nervous blushing from social anxiety makes people fearful that they will be seen as weak or shy.

When you feel the redness coming on from a situation of discomfort it’s almost impossible to stop it. If your nervous blushing is interfering with your ability to interact with people it’s time to address the problem and address the emotional thoughts behind it. Treating the cause in this way will help to make you more comfortable in that social situation. Excessive blushing was holding me back from so much in life because I had found it so embarassing. However, when I learned to deal with it and face those emotions it started to get better. I noticed the more I tried to stop it the more I would experience it, I had to get to the “root” and confront the feelings I had. Increasing your confidence and self esteem is another key factor to eliminate social blushing.

Blushing is a natural reaction to emotions. The more you worry or concentrate on blushing the more it seems to reoccur, so acknowledge your feelings and try to let it go and carry on through the event. You can learn to lessen the intensity or frequency and one day you’ll notice that you don’t even worry about it anymore.

After experiencing relief from blushing I purchased the Panic Away program to eliminate my anxiety attacks that I had suffered with for so many years. After much in depth research I decided on Barry Joe McDonagh’s Panic Away program.

You can have the same freedom and get your life back and YOU back to your care-free self.

Panic Away will Help the Pressure of Success

Category : Uncategorized

I had dinner with a male friend the other night and he opened up to me about the anxiety he was facing. More women seem to experience anxiety but men certainly do too. He is a very successful salesman but underneath it all he suffers a lot of anxiety. He recently became a single dad of 3 girls and has a lot of pressure in his sales job, constantly striving to be more and more successful. I’m sure men do feel a lot of pressure to provide but when he told me that he silently suffers with violent panic attacks when at home by himself I knew I could help him.

He now has the girls 50% of the time and hates that his family is broken apart. It’s difficult being a single parent but he tries his very best to give the girls stabilty, laughter and fun. When he doesn’t have the girls he is working hard trying to meet his quota. He hates that his self esteem takes a dive if his numbers are down at work. He constantly measures his value by how much he sells. When he’s up he’s really up but when he’s down he’s really down. You wouldn’t know it to look at him, he appears very confident, handsome and self assured. He attends many social functions, charity events, has several good friends and a very nice home. But he admitted those quiet nights at home can be terrifying. The thoughts that swirl around his head are “what if I lose it all?” He came from a very poor upbringing and worked hard to be where he is but with sales it’s never a sure thing. To him losing it all sends him into a state of frenzy. He feels sick to his stomach and gets so wound up that he told me on several occasions he has literally trembled with crazy thoughts going through his mind like “what if I die?”

I introduced the Panic Away program to my friend and I have to admit he was a little hesitant. He said he wanted to deal with it on his own but when I asked him what he has done to try and help himself he couldn’t answer. With the Panic Away program helping thousands and thousands of people I reassured him and asked him to just give it a try. In the end he agreed because he doesn’t want to go through it alone anymore, he wants to deal with it and is willing to take the steps to do it! Awesome!
